yarn, hook and tools
To make the Happy Potholder you will need:
or
- 3 colours x 50g balls of Homelea Happy merino wool yarn (this will make 2 potholders) or 100m (109yds) of a 10ply / worsted weight yarn.
- 4.00mm (G) crochet hook
- scissors
- tape measure or ruler
- darning needle
- 2 stitch markers
- wool detergent and towel (for wet blocking or washing at the end)
- the desire to make something beautiful
about the yarn
Homelea Happy is made from soft merino wool that is fully grown and processed in Australia with no overseas processing (it’s uncommon for an Australian wool yarn to not have some overseas processing). It feels soft, woolly and comfortable. It’s slightly thick and thin which makes it a textural joy to crochet with.
Homelea Happy is a 10ply / worsted weight that comes in 50g balls with 100m / 109yds in each ball.
