So often we get caught up in everything that we “need” to do that we get disconnected from ourselves and lose touch with what makes us happy on the inside. An inner happiness that shines over all of who we are.

I learnt this the hard way and over time I’ve gradually discovered 12 happiness concepts that have helped me to create a happy life.

Start off by printing out your workbook and then go through each happiness concept, allowing it time to process and grow from each one. Refer back to the concepts when it feels right and journal how you’re feeling. Reflect on what you’ve written and see how it feels later.
