So often we get caught up in everything that we “need” to do that we get disconnected from ourselves and lose touch with what makes us utterly and totally happy on the inside.
I learnt this the hard way and over time I’ve gradually discovered 12 happiness concepts that have helped me to create a happy life.
Start off by printing out your workbook and then go through each happiness concept. I recommend doing one per day as a daily meditation, this give you time to process and grow from each one. Refer back to the concepts when it feels right and journal how you’re feeling. Reflect back on what you’ve written before and see how this applies to you now.
I’ve also added in a spare page at the end of the workbook just in case you need a bit of extra room.
