yarn, hook and tools – 5 colour, organic cotton version

There are a lot of different ways to make the Yarn Advent-ure Blanket pattern, but if you’d like to know what you’ll need to make the 5 colour, organic cotton version this is the place to be!

Here’s what’s needed:

• 2 skeins of 5ply Organic Cotton by Laines du Nord in 5 colours (total of 10 skeins) – orange (amber), dark blue (cornflower), light brown (natural), dark green (marine), light pink (shell)
• 3.5mm (E) crochet hook
• scissors
• tape measure
• darning needle
• pins for blocking
• blocking mats (or ironing board or something similar to pin into)
• iron or steamer
• the desire to make a beautiful blanket

Crochet 5 squares in each of the 5 colours, and then steam block and join them together seamlessly using this pattern and tutorials.
