yarn, hook and tools – 25 colour, Homelea Happy 10ply (merino wool) version

 

 

There are a lot of different ways to make the Yarn Advent-ure Blanket pattern, but if you’d like to know what you’ll need to make the 25 colour, Homelea Happy 10ply (merino wool) version this is the place to be!

Here’s what’s needed:

  • 2 x 50g balls of Homelea Happy 10ply in 25 colours – real red, sunny peach, dusty pink, oatmeal beige, natural undyed, rhubarb red, cosy coral, minna pink, pinkie pink, mushroom purple, cumin yellow, daisy yellow, spring green, mint green, amethyst purple, donkey brown, mustard yellow, olive green, indigo blue, vintage purple, charcoal grey, light grey, steele blue, ocean blue, navy blue
  • 4mm (G) crochet hook or similar size
  • scissors
  • tape measure
  • darning needle
  • pins for blocking
  • blocking mats (or ironing board or something similar to pin into)
  • iron or steamer
  • the desire to make a beautiful blanket

 

Crochet a square in each of the 25 colours, then steam block and join them together seamlessly using this pattern and tutorials.
