I’ve been meaning to share some more photos of the larger Party Cowl since it’s dried. I’ve been enjoying its happy colours while it’s been waiting on the back of a chair.🌞💛 This one is size 2 and has a different colour order to the first one I made.

The finished Party Cowl (size 2) is drying / blocking on the balcony, and Pinkie is watching it closely! 😂This is the same colours as the smaller one I made, just in a different order. They’re the same colours as the Party Bunting too.

Thanks Lynda for a wonderful, versatile pattern. I decided to use my leftovers from other projects to make the cowl. As you can see from the photos, I didn’t always have enough yarn to complete even one round but I tried to keep it in the same colour family.

It was fun to remember what projects the yarn had been used for.

I’ve really enjoyed opening up the advent and had grand plans to keep up… but I’ve made one flag so far 😂 I’ve just steam blocked it and it looks fabulous!!

All the colours are beautiful and I’m a big fan of crocheting with 10 ply wool.

Thank you so much Lynda for your very thoughtful gift. I am very excited to learn more about Fairfield Finns company and their yarn. It feels so soft and 5ply is perfect for my climate. I haven’t had a chance to investigate the pattern suggestions but there are new to me designers which is fantastic. Thanks again.

Hello, When is everyone planning on opening their advent packages… I dont know whether to start on the 1st and do every day, every second day, or start on the 13th and finish on Christmas day.
